Flame-Retardant Heat Shrinkable Tube/Tubing/Sleeve
Product introduction: Halogen-free heat shrinkable tube is newly developed.
Environment-friendly flame retardant and heat shrinkable tube.
Using specially designed formulation of high polymers, through cross-link by electronic accelerator and continuous expansion.
It has stable performance that marks them widely used in the field of electronics, communication, automobile, and wires applied for connecting or end-hardening, electric wire, insulating and harness of electric wires, corrosion and rust-proof of metallic rods or tubes, antenna protection and marking for Other products.
Characteristics:
Do not contain eight heavy metal elements and four halogen elements
Do not contain organic stannum compound, Asbestos, Azo, compounds and formaldehyde
Temperatures: -55 to 125 c
Shrinkable temperature:
Starts at 70 c, and shrunk totally at 110 c (for thin wall) or 120 c (for normal wall) and longitudinal shrink ratio: ≤ ± 5%
Flame retardant
Available sizes: From Φ 0.6 to Φ 180mm
Customized materials are welcome
Do not use oven or heating gun and it will shrink
Certification: Sony and RoHS, and SGS
Standards: UL224, VW-1, C-UL, CSA, and C 22.2 OFT
